Last Updated: [Insert Date]
GDriveGuard ("we", "our", or "the platform") provides a service that helps users analyze and understand how their Google account storage is being used across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in using Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier.
Google Account Metadata
With your explicit permission through Google OAuth, the platform accesses limited metadata required to analyze storage usage. This may include file names, file sizes, attachment sizes, message metadata, and media metadata. We do not access or store the contents of your files, emails, or photos.
Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as login timestamps, scan activity, and system logs to improve the service and maintain security.

- Authenticate users and allow secure login using Google
- Analyze storage usage across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos
- Identify large files, attachments, and videos consuming storage
- Generate dashboards and insights for the user

- Maintain system security and improve the platform
3. Data Storage and Retention
GDriveGuard does not store file contents, email contents, or media contents.

OAuth tokens used to access Google APIs are securely encrypted and stored only while the user account remains active.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Information may be shared only in the following situations:
- With payment providers to process subscriptions
- With service providers required to operate the platform
- If required by law
